My travels

So, you may ask what makes me different from all the other zillion Travel Bloggers out there? I admit I had some hesitations to go down this road because of the vast number of ‘other people’ out there doing the same thing. But after thinking about it, I told myself, “No, Jan, you DO have something unique and special to offer!”. What is that you may ask? Well, I believe it’s the many places I’ve been and the varied types of vacations I’ve had over the last 35 years. This ‘destination launch’ page will give you that flavor by reading about and seeing photos and videos of all my fun travels.

The below map highlights in dark red color all of the 60+ countries I’ve visited. I know, it appears that there is a lot more world to see when you look at it this way! To see my information related to a specific country, hover over the country to see the name and then click to go to a page describing my travels within that country. Some of the smaller countries do not show up on the map but are listed below. Another option to see the details is to just click on the country name link below.

Note that you may see on some pages a ‘COMING SOON’ banner until I find the time to update the page with all my travel details about that country. Just know that I’m working on it!! In the meantime, if you have any specific questions on any of these destinations, feel free to email me!
