So how does this work? I can offer different packages that you may be interested in:
Option 1: Q&A Consulting Call
If you would like to have a chat with me about your destination ideas and get my immediate advice, I can offer you a 30-minute call for 40 USD. We can do this using Facebook Messenger or Whatsapp at a convenient time for you.
Option 2: Trip Planning
If you would like for me to plan a full vacation itinerary for you, we will follow this simple but effective process:
- I will first send you via email a short questionnaire for you to fill out. It should only take 5 minutes of your time.
- Based on your responses about your budget and interests, if needed we can have an initial call (30 minutes) to clarify any questions (call is included in the overall price).
- I will then start the research and put together a draft itinerary matching your expressed wishes and requirements. This can include flights, hotels, transportation (such as train schedules, private transfer), maps, and activities.
- I will prepare your itinerary piecemeal, meaning one step at a time to ensure you agree with the initial planning. For example, I can research and propose your flights as a first step. After that, I would send you the overall itinerary to get your agreement on the locations and dates. Next step is to propose accommodations for the different destinations, followed by activities and restaurant recommendations. This method is based on my experience and what works well.
- Note that I will not BOOK anything for you but will provide you links (in Word/Google documents that I send you by email) where you can simply click and book it yourself.
- We can have follow-up emails or calls as required to clarify any questions you have or make needed adjustments.
- I will finally provide the complete document with the detailed day-by-day itinerary.
Note that all communication and documentation is in English.
How much will this cost me?
- For a trip duration of one week or less, the cost is 250 USD
- For a trip duration of one to two weeks, the cost is 350 USD
- For a trip duration of two to three weeks, the cost is 425 USD
Note for all the above, this is a fixed price regardless of the time it takes me to do the research and prepare the itinerary package.
Payment is accepted via PayPal or bank transfer in US dollar (USD). I request a 30% partial payment upfront with the remainder being payable after I complete your final version and you are happy with it.
